An excellent alternative in technical diagrams creation.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Lucidchart is a neutral approach in creating attractive diagram for both ad-hoc and industry standard styles. User experience is highly responsive. Images published are ideal for projected presentations and documents that have been printed. The product has excellent integrtion with Google tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm the biggest fan of Lucidhart. But there are a couple things I'm concerned about. I'm able to benefit from automated saved changes. Thing is, the functionality hindered me from going back to older versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm dependent on the flowcharts and sequence diagrams of Lucidhart. It shows that I've been listening carefully. In addition, it confirms that I've been learning from my clients at the time of requirement-gathering sessions. I'm also utilizing LucidChart in drawing site maps and data models in reinforcing suggestions for business processs improvements and architecing databases and apps.
