An unbelievable piece of software!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that the software can be easily picked up, utilized, and having your message shown. In addition, it's great to use for mind maps. I've even made myself a number for assistance. Whn interacting with customers and colleagues, I can use Lucidchart in creating a diagram of a concept that would be a challenge in putting things into words.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, when working with a wide range of pieces, it can be annoying. It'd be a plus to possess some kind of customized routed lines to be rounded. Or angles can be snapped to certain things. Having the baility to include extra bends in rounded/square lines would be a great addition!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been tasked helping out rewriting certain details on software documentation. I've been trying resolve this project. Making an outline hasn't taken me really far. Thanks to Lucidchart, I can make a mind map with as many as 150 nodes.
