Better than any other charting software that I’ve tried out.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I was looking for a specific tool that I can use to create charts and diagrams efficiently. With Lucidchart, I can do many of these things even If I don’t have any Internet access. This makes me more effective in meeting my deadlines and weekly deliverables. The design options that come with software is out of the ordinary and impressive. Lucidchart also allows me to share my files with multiple users, making it an excellent tool for group projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My team and I are always having issues in terms of editing and revising our work. We need to call CS to ask for assistance over simple matters, which shouldn’t be the case. Also, it needs to improve some of its existing features and functionalities so user experience would be more pleasant.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A lot of our employees made a switch to Lucidcharts since later last year. Overall I can say that the results are pretty impressive despite some setbacks that we have encountered. A great tool that is meant to create visual reports like flow charts and diagrams for comparative analysis.
