What are the best aspects of this product?

I used to struggle a lot when creating diagrams and tables using the traditional excel application. With Lucidchart, things became more manageable and straightforward. The features are very straightforward, which helps me come up with easy to interpret diagram reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Collaboration with peers and team members are encouraged to fast track projects. Unfortunately, we had some issues retrieving some stored documents on the platform, especially when working in an offline setting. I’m just thankful that their customer service is available at most times to help us sort things out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used Lucidchart to help us interpret complex data/information into layman’s terms. The goal here is for every team member to be on the same page when reaching our goals. Using Lucidchart has helped us overcome these boundaries by simplifying information. We also feel secure with all our data and information since it’s a cloud-based app that’s known for its reliability.
