What are the best aspects of this product?

Creating charts and diagrams is no longer a complicated task for me to do. Using Lucidchart has made a lot of things easier. I learned to navigate the tool quickly, plus it has increased my productivity, which I am proud to share with everyone. Creating visual reports for our projects has never been this easy, primarily through the pre-made templates that come with the package. People have made comments that my diagrams and charts look s presentable and easy to understand. Plus, Lucidchart is so flexible that you can integrate it with your 3rd part apps to make reports more informative.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The files are somehow disorganized because it takes time to search for my previous works, which causes inconvenience during the meeting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Part of my job is to develop specific processes for the company and our external clients as well. Creating charts from scratch is a big help for people to understand things better.
