What are the best aspects of this product?

As head of the purchasing team, I am responsible for creating workflows and processes for both employees and stakeholders. Lucid allows me to execute tasks efficiently in less amount of time. I am happy that I can collaborate with team members to come up with the best results. Creating diagrams is now relatively easy. It allows me to export images from other sources, making Lucid one of the best apps that I’ve used in my entire career.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The learning curve is longer than what I've expected. But since I don't have any experience using tools similar to Lucid, I guess it's reasonable to struggle initially. The good thing is that I'm learning a lot of stuff from Lucid that makes me more productive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows me to explore more of its features to come up with better versions of my reports. Since using Lucid, I’ve seen significant improvements in our overall performance, plus my audience is more engaged than before.
