What are the best aspects of this product?

Creating reports and workflows is now less stressful to deal with. I don’t have to waste time drafting formats because I can always rely on pre-made templates that work well in any projects that I handle. The drag and drop functionality makes it possible for me to complete diagrams in less than an hour. I am confident that I can present accurate data on time all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm having some difficulties in adding participant's credentials into a particular chart or workflow. Through CS, I found out that there is a unique way to do this by tweaking some of their credentials within the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I created new workflows using Lucid, and the results were amazingly better than my previous work. I was able to gather my team members and get them more involved in several projects. They enjoyed the experience because collaborating allowed them to bring out the best of their abilities without competing with each other.
