What are the best aspects of this product?

I am an old school type of person, so I'm not that familiar with other apps that can help me create visual reports quickly. Using Lucid has brought a lot of change in the way that I do things in the workplace. Usually, I would find it challenging to increase our sales and push for new products. The data that I'm getting from the source is reliable but difficult to understand by most people. Putting them into diagrams and flowcharts has made a big difference for our employees. Creating a visual representation of things causes more people to show interest in what is going on. It's easier for them to read the numbers and analyze trends without thinking out of the box. As a result, we've been getting more creative inputs from the team, which paved the way for more collaborative projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I appreciate that Lucid allows users to integrate other apps into the system, but it's easier said than done. It took me longer than usual to learn this, but it's worth the sacrifice because I could do more things using this app alone. The tutorial videos are a big help, but I wish they can create a simplified version and infuse it into the application itself. Less time would be spent trying to learn how Lucid works.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reporting is now less complicated with the help of Lucid because even beginners or level entry employees are capable of creating sales and performance reports for everyone. We can easily track our day to day and month ending performance without a hitch. These charts also give us the capability to create front sights, anticipate what can go wrong, and develop fast solutions to overcome these challenges.
