What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes reporting and presentations a lot more interesting for many people. Usually, people don’t look at charts and diagrams because they don’t find it engaging. Lucidchart made a difference by changing people’s perceptions about reporting and workflows. We use this to collaborate with other team members to produce more accurate charts and provide a better outcome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes issues arise when I’m working offline. There are times that it gives me the wrong file from what I have clicked. I have to be more careful when editing documents and charts to avoid significant revisions. It would also be nice if they could come up with a mobile version of the app to make it easier to check out charts and reports when people are on the go.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We could reorganize and realign all our existing processes using one single platform with Lucidchart. More employees now understand our numbers and performance index because the charts are easier to understand and interpreted. It's easier for us to determine areas of opportunities, pinpoint mistakes, and start acting on it right away.
