What are the best aspects of this product?

The images that Lucid chart can produce are all vivid and attractive looking, which makes it more interesting for many people. I love that Lucidchart is very much flexible as we can utilize it for many things, such as ongoing and future projects, surveys, performance tracking, and so much more. I don't have to overthink how to create my reports because I can always use the available templates. Besides, the price is affordable, that's why it's worth using.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Working with charts can be quite complicated, especially if there is a need to implement urgent revisions. Adding or deleting data causes some error messages to appear, making me anxious because I’m scared to lose something that I’ve worked hard for. I had to call customer service, and things were back to normal in just a few minutes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Working or various types of charts and diagrams are now more enjoyable because it allows other team members to collaborate. It’s always better to have more inputs rather than working all alone. Also, being a cloud-based software means that we can do things even if we are offline. This is favorable for those who don’t have any internet access at home.
