What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the intuitiveness of the Lucid chart. Other third party products entail plenty of time to learn and in keeping up with them. Lucidchart can give you a helping hand on what's current in your mind and make things (including yoursel) look fantastic. You won't have to spend too much time doing it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, nothing! I've yet complain about anything!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

So many good things that it came with. Great database table relationships. Its got floor plans which indicate where meeting rooms are currently located. It also shows certain intricate details for those who aren't technically inclined.
