What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the simplicity in making a diagram of my current AWS infrastructure. It does this in transparent and accurate manner. Icons for Lucidhart contain official AWS images as well as other diagram images. The software has integration with Slack in sharing diagrams.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping it can load up quicker. It would've been nice if the approach is a lot simpiler whenever it involves dragging arrows. I wish it contains a simplified mobile app. Other than that, this product is robust.

Documenting and making a diagram of our infrastructure as well as technical solutions for other people in the company to see is fantastic! It showcases how our solutions turned out. All in all, Lucidhart has made it possible for the audience to see diagrams It also enhanced product knowledge.
