This is a great tool to have and more so if you use a Mac.

I like how you're able to seek out items. Pictures can be dragged whenever reuquired. I like how you're able to upload current omnigiraffle or current visio designs. I've been utilizing this for work reasons the past several months.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point, there's really nothing to hate. While this software is entirely based on the cloud, working offline is a big no-no.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I currently work as a solutions architect. I've been making use of Lucidchart in drafting network diagrams for clients. It's snappyier and simple to utilize compared to visio. It's a time saver and uploading current Cisco stencils are easy.
