A great tool to improve the search engine

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy implementation, great possibilities for personalizing settings and a large amount of very useful analytical data. The administration panel is very intuitive. Luigi's Box also allowed the search engine window to be used as a powerful marketing tool thanks to the ability to prepare banner campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Limitations when using API integration and rather slow loading of data in analytical reports.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think it would be very useful to integrate analytics with Google Analytics to be able to use Luigi's Box session data for deeper analysis

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Luigi's Box, we managed to improve the effectiveness of the search engine and increase the conversion rate, as well as the number and value of transactions
