If you want to improve your conversion rate, LB is the tool for you and your company. Suggested products searches and missed opportunities give you the best glance directly from the customers in order to get the correct products to your warehouse in order to give the customers what they want.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to very junior person using the LB it might be difficult due to many possibilities to find what is that person looking for and how to set it up. Also, if you want to set up more complicated scenarios is it also not that easy going as I would have imagined.

Improved services for the newcomers to the tool and more easy going set up of things in the tool.
