What are the best aspects of this product?
Definitely searching engine. It helps our customers to find what they need in the right moment. For us is also important that Luigis Box search can work with our products stock availability so we can have all the stores in e-shop. I also appreciate personalization and products recommendations. It helps increased the conversion rate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When Luigix Box team develop some new features, we sometimes miss information about it.
