What are the best aspects of this product?

With the help of Luigi's box, it helps me to understand what the customer is currently interested in, what trends are currently going and what categories they are most often searching for. Simple integration via Shoptet, working with the tool requires a certain amount of time, but the complexity of Luigi Box is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't find anything wrong with LuigiBox at the moment.

We will be surprised by what software engineers can prepare.

In our company, we were particularly interested in the behavior of customers on the site, what our customers are looking for, what trends are in our e-shop, therefore we bought LuigiBox and applied it through Shoptet.
