Luigi’s box is great searching tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Self learning algorithm provides our customers with top quality searching results and that of course increase our sales and conversions. Recommender (obviously from its name) recommends products based on customers browsing and searching history. Also banner campaigns is great tool to promote products in search results. All these features simply help to increase the sales in general.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Never encountered an error since 2020 when we implemented the tool. Response time is quick. Actually nothing problematic at all.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Always can be add some new fancy features, but I do not have in mind anything in particular. Actually we use Lugi's box in such way that we do not miss any feature. There might be some users missing some features such as integration with PPC systems, deeper integration with GA4, integration with affiliate programs, integration with emailing tools etc.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our internet shop had very poor searching results when customers were looking for specific product. Luigi's box helped dramaticaly increase conversions from searching results.
