Optimizing internal search efficiently

What are the best aspects of this product?

From the luigis box, we are using the enterprise search functionality. The solution is very easy to implement, for a resonable price and on top of that, it just works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even though we use the solution for more than 3 years, the analytical platform with statistics and customziation is quite new for us so we have to look into this a bit more. However this is a huge step ahead as we wont be blind anymore regarding the how the internal search works and helped us with the UX within the website.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had a very poor internal search functionality. It couldnt handle misspelled words, it couldnt work with prioritization...
