We use Luigi's Box as an internal search tool on our website. With a significant amount of searches, the tool allows us to optimize and highlight the right products. Today, we are very pleased with the results as we can effectively promote products.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This tool is in English (French team), so we find it a little difficult to understand some topics in depth.
