What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that the software is effective and easy to use at the same time. Cloning my hard drive to install SSD was smooth -- everything in perfect working condition. Whenever my friends ask what I use when swapping hard drives, I tell them to use Macrium Reflect.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
None at all. There was a lag during the process, but the files were so big, it makes sense. Macrium does the job for me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to upgrade computers. It's so much easier to do (more often) because Macrium Reflect helps keep computers current using SSD, and saves a lot on cost.
