What are the best aspects of this product?

Macrium's imaging tool is convenient to use because it offers to compress and edit hard drives. It features several options to back up files, creating very little impact without any risks on cost when it comes to disaster recovery situations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to have standalone options for installations on the target device and source, instead of having to install both all the time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Macrium enabled us to avoid having to resort to network-attached storage or using local media.
