Excellent hard drive tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like being able to easily and quickly perform cloning and back up tasks, browse images that we've duplicated safely, and convert them into virtual hard drives, so they can be run as virtual machines.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be helpful if we're also able to clone a drive that's either full, or about to expire, and being able to find out how we can sort a few simple errors with the support team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to have a daily turnaround time for backup and cloning tasks.
