What are the best aspects of this product?

Macrium Reflect makes it so easy for me to move PC users from their old units to their new ones. Macrium can restore images to hardware that is not similar to each other. Managing data integrity is guaranteed because of the ability to back up active SQL databases that help temper related uncertainties.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would just be great if my inquiries and concerns are addressed a lot more quickly, but I also understand Macrium might not have a 24-hour customer service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to ensure and manage data integrity. With Macrium, I'm able to perform backup functions across multiple locations and perform a separate SQL or even a manual backup.
