What are the best aspects of this product?

Macrium Reflect's UI is so easy because it features several automated functionalities. Anyone will be able to figure it out easily. Macrium can detect drives that connect automatically and will show the difference between external and internal hard drives. It's able to clone all files seamlessly and without fail, including all kinds of partitions and MBR.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if we're able to create partitions that we need, instead of doing it from another software because there are instances where we need to manage partitions we didn't see before because its source is from corrupted hard drives, or when it was formatted in different versions of either Mac, Windows or Unix.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Macrium helped enable us to upgrade our computer systems, without having to go back to zero. With other brands' SSD, their cloning software is inclusive, but you'll have to find another software to clone the rest of your drives. I've tested so many solutions, so I can definitely say with confidence that Macrium is the most effective of them all.
