Macrium Reflect's backup maintenance is good, as well as its restoration function.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Being made more simple for those using it for the first time would help a lot, along with making sure that it doesn't take too much space on the CPU.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Macrium Reflect helps us with our cloning needs, especially those that need to be done directly on the disk. It also enabled us to back up our system data a lot more effectively.
