What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Macrium Reflect makes it so easy to learn how to use it, using its online tutorials and guides. Once you get the hang of Macrium, you'll find that it loads quickly. It also enables you to clone HDD into a user-friendly SSD without the risk of losing any of your files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't found anything to dislike about Macrium Reflect because I can already do a lot of what I need to do even with just a free version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Macrium Reflect saves me time and spares me from added work. My customers' common concerns are resolved by switching to Macrium: the cloning process is quick and it's so easy to clone their old HDD to either a new one or SSD.
