What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that our hard drives are securely backed up and stored.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to be able to upload to the cloud automatically to save time on manually processing back up photos.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to have backups for software and hard drives that we use for work.
