What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Macrium packs so much power in a light and user-friendly unit. There are helpful features that are also available on the trial version, so you can be sure it is what you want. This includes being able to capture a photo of the virtual machine and then being able to apply it to the physical version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if some of the hard drives won't disappear its photo is taken from a virtual machine then gets deployed to Dell laptops. Other than that I have no dislikes about Macrium because it does exactly what I want.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to get through a company's critical system transitions for a shorter amount of time, especially for those who have time-sensitive work processes.
