What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about Macrium Reflect is how user-friendly the software is.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it didn't have to require payment to make full use of its functions, but there's a 30-day trial that gives you access to the essentials you need to be done.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to clone your hard drive without any fuss -- Macrium Reflect has helped me with this. It saved a lot of my files.
