Horrible - all paid for - if you're willing to pay those prices.

You need to pay premium prices in order to get anything.

Nowhere on the website do you mention that all videos or any social media templates are premium products that require extra payment.
On your homepage and videos you mention that they are available for paid plans- not premium plans.
When I paid $9.99 for a plan - you advertise "perfect for social media" - however the templates and premium layouts are all extra cost.
In your promoted videos - you mention that the service offers quite a bit where that isn't returned for a normal customer.
1. I cancelled my membership after a few minutes - without downloading or using your service it was very difficult to use and was very limited.
2. I was not able to use it for the purposes it was desired.
3. Upon requesting my cancellation my membership was immediately terminated on your end - I was not given a choice to keep the membership while the payment is valid (for a whole month) - therefore since you cancelled the membership instantly upon cancellation I should be entitled to my refund.
If you do not issue a refund, I will continue to leave negative reviews (on all stores and places of reviews including iTunes, Google Play) for the service you did not deliver.
