What are the best aspects of this product?

- Free up to 1000 subscribers and send out 12000 emails a month even if you are using a free account.Paid plans are affordable as well
- UI part is very clean and easy to use
- Wide rage of options for web form designs
- Campaign reports are very helpful to manage the future campaigns

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- Account needs to get approved , without that you will not be able to send any campaigns
- Mailercloud has limited integrations
