What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy setting up that we do not need to do a lot of tweaking after the initial integration. It works efficiently for our needs, and it doesn’t has tons of functioning problems too. We also love how the user support service helps in stellar and quick ways. No wonder why we have chosen to stick on Mailgun for many years now.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are having some troubles in figuring out possible cause of emails failing to be sent. It could be a problem with the spam filter on the receiving end, or if it is a problem we have unintentionally caused. Thankfully, the support team is always helping us solve such concerns in no time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mailgun is a big help for handling our transactional emails efficiently. We only need to set it once, then use it as much as we need to. It doesn’t demand a lot of tweaking and updates. This makes Mailgun super convenient.
