What are the best aspects of this product?
Smooth set up process and is highly customizable to suit our area demands, as well as they provide a full-year of free support for running the platform on our server. It also boasts a highly organized UI and clean panel for smooth user experience. This makes it very seamless to navigate, and makes different problems highly visible for users. In addition, its free monthly allowance of 10,000 messages is incredible. We can also completely clean up its database to avoid accumulating tons of details.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Mailgun doesn’t has actual problem when we use it. What other users complain about are actually issues that are not under the platform’s control, such as bouncing mails and reaching the spam folder. Say, the recipient’s server can contribute to such problem. Or, if a recipient isn’t compelled to open an email or subscribe to a mailing list because of different factors. Points such as preference for emails, or emails having low quality contents can make a recipient set an email address as spam. Noticeably, these are all not under the Mailgun’s control.

Mailgun is addressing our demand for an efficient Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. This is managing our emailing operations through fast and convenient solutions.
