What are the best aspects of this product?

Mailgun is nailing all our demands for an emailing platform. It is super easy to set up, and proves to be dependable at all times. Its free package is even sufficient for our mini trial process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to use my credit card to use the free package of Mailgun. I hope such restriction would be removed. Other than this little issue, I have no other problem with Mailgun.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mailgun is the best and most intuitive solution for sending bulks of emails. It fits our trial processes well, since I do not need to worry about setting things up so I can start delivering emails.
