What are the best aspects of this product?

Mailgun features an API infrastructure with seamless integration to different platforms that we use, especially that it employs Laravel software development kit for better combination. It is efficient in recording bounce, delivery and interaction data as well; meaning, we can smoothly gauge the efficiency of our email marketing campaigns. Moreover, it sports a contact verification system to prevent bounce-back emails, as well as a dependable and reputable delivery tool that dodges spam detectors. These are all helping us in boosting our email communication lines, and in optimizing different aspects of our email marketing campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Mailgun doesn’t carry an API reporting feature for debugging errors. Say, I need to send thousands of emails, and one of those has a simple typo-errors on the receiver’s email address. It is difficult to spot the exact problematic email through Mailgun.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Mailgun for different purposes. These include communication purposes such as welcome messages as well as order approval and arrival. It is helpful for email marketing campaigns as well, such as for sending newsletters to tons of audiences. Everything is efficient because Mailgun is completely integrated into our system, thus we do not need to manually update certain points now and then. This results to a super affordable, highly efficient and convenient emailing system for us.
