Outstanding tool for handling transactional emails

What are the best aspects of this product?

Mailgun is a speedy platform with tons of great emailing features. It has a robust and functional API, handles incoming emails and triggers well, and provides complete data of failed emails for analysis. Moreover, you can’t complain much about its price. Yes, there are more affordable choices, but Mailgun is by far the best emailing tool among others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our IP address that I used with Mailgun was tagged as spam. However, this is because some staff have incorrectly used the tool. We have solved such problem after a thorough check with the platform, and we didn’t need to be very technical with the process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mailgun is a suitable solution for managing our clients’ transactional emails. It is capable of handling tons of incoming and outgoing emails without inconveniences.
