This is a great, efficient and automated tool for email marketing. And it is specifically helpful for gathering valuable data with wonderful accuracy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Initially, I’ve found it difficult to use the new UI design of Mailgun. However, it becomes easier and smoother once I’ve grasped things up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is the easiest and most convenient way of sending regular emails to specific customers. It provides a secure way of emailing too, so I do not need to worry about unneeded problems throughout the process.
