Perks we get from Mailgun

What are the best aspects of this product?

Message transfer agents have gone quite harsh about the requirements for letting incoming emails pass through. As a result, we face some problems about our business emails failing to reach the inboxes of our customers. And we encounter such problem with our old emailing platform. When we’ve started using Mailgun, we’ve easily solved such issue because all our emails are smoothly reaching their intended recipients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are very few instances when our IP address is flagged as having poor reputation by the receiving server. However, this is because of us not having a paid dedicated IP address that we use with Mailgun.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are getting high rates of successful email delivery through Mailgun. Now, we do not worry much about such emails failing to reach our customers.
