What are the best aspects of this product?

Mailgun helps us easily get a clear view over our emailing; even if we usually send and receive tons of emails at once. It allows us to personalize the emails according to the client list or category that we use. This lets us conveniently send email campaigns or newsletters into different categories, or organize various information with the use of distinctive patterns. As a result, we get a close and fantastic control over our email marketing campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We cannot determine the behavior of a visitor on our site after being redirected from an email. Yes, we can determine if recipients have opened, read or ignored our emails, but such missing function I’ve mentioned pushes us to use a third-party tool. This is somehow an additional cost for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mailgun is a terrific email tracker that is easy to connect to our simple Mail Transfer Protocol with the use of an API. This enables us to send thousands of emails instantly. It also has a wonderful cross-platform compatibility; meaning, it runs well on various programming language codes. Thus, we can use this on different web page formats seamlessly.
