What are the best aspects of this product?

Majestic can discover a number of links that other backlink checker tools can't! It's pretty amazing. It can also differentiate fresh from the historic index, which is pretty much helpful for us when analyzing data. I also like the Trust Flow and Citation Flow features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface isn't that advanced when you look at it. But it pretty much does its job.

We mainly use this to evaluate domains for future partnerships and projects. We also use this in tracking developments in our off-page stats.
