Great Asset Management software

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best feature of this product for me is how you can sync and access all the information you need anytime and anywhere, regardless of the source. For instance, you can easily find out when the last login of a device is, the changes in the hardware of a tracked device, and the installed applications on our clients’ devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a merging issue with the software where the data of the currently active items, say, for instance, a laptop and a desktop, will merge without me doing anything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to track and analyze the software and hardware usage of our clients. It’s also great that there are many options available for asset management to tweak the system whenever a unique use case arrives.
