PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Using this tool has really helped speed up and streamline our operations. Since multiple desktop computers can be managed by this tool and we can also easily scale up, it has definitely made our job easier. There is now no need for us to manually access each desktop computer in our system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the support team was able to quickly help us with the server slowdown caused by the software, I do wish that this wasn't a problem in the first place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has really helped clear up any IT bottlenecks that we had in place beforehand. Configuration updates and push updates can be easily and quickly sent from our end. It has also been a great help with inventory and keeping us informed of just how much hardware we have. I also like that it has given us the option to look at new hardware installed into the system and decide whether we should allow these new additions.
