What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm using this now in my current job and I have to commend it for its user-friendliness and efficiency. Tasks and service orders can be created and edited in one ticket, so that makes it so much easier on my end.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There definitely needs to be an improvement when it comes to the search engine. As it stands now, I don't think it does an efficient job of going through work orders.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has certainly helped our tech support team be more organized and methodical. It's helped us a lot with regards to work order creation and assignment. It's given me the ability to help our customers while at the same time handle technical issues that we may be encountering internally.
