What are the best aspects of this product?

It used to be that if I was working remotely and on a VPN, I had to make sure I didn't encounter any technical issues because it would be difficult for our tech support to help me with it. But thanks to this tool, they are now able to remotely control our devices and resolve any issues we have with them even when we're out of the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I know it's just a small thing, but I would like to have an option to turn off notifications telling me when I last logged in.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has certainly saved our business a lot of money. Because technical issues with our machines can now be resolved remotely by our tech support team, I get to keep appointments that I would have otherwise canceled because of technical issues.
