What are the best aspects of this product?

It has become easier than ever for us to have software added to the computers on our network. The best part is we can do it even on a large scale.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing that I wish this tool had is the ability to be pushed retroactively to computers on our network. As it is now, we need to have installed Desktop Central first.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has certainly eradicated any roadblocks when it comes to software deployment and updating software. It's a far cry from the methods we have used before.
