What are the best aspects of this product?
This tool has definitely helped me out when it comes to providing tech support. Now I can address any technical issues users may have with their computers without having to leave my location.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really think it's not user-friendly that the system logs me out every few minutes. It's a waste of time to have log in every single time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It may sound silly, but I really appreciate how I now don't have to head to someone's station just so I can help them out with any technical issues. I don't have to deal with all that awkwardness now because I can resolve issues remotely.
