Really user-friendly!

What are the best aspects of this product?

What our business likes about this tool is the multiple functions that our IT team gets. It also does not hurt that this is very user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd like to be given the option to put in restrictions when it comes to patches so that our computers do not automatically use Windows updates when updating. Adding this improvement to the patch management module would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Currently, this solution has helped us to remotely deploy applications, manage patches, remotely control our computers, handle software and hardware inventory as well as configuration management.
