What are the best aspects of this product?

We were really impressed that this solution has a number of varied features. In fact, the sheer number of it can be overwhelming and we probably haven't really used it to its full potential. Our work involves a cross-platform environment, so we've been able to use this solution to manage our inventory and patches as well as to have a remote desktop.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to say that there are some modules that are rendered unreliable by bugs in the system. But to be fair, service packs are often sent out quickly so these bugs are generally resolved in a short amount of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problems we've been able to solve thanks to this solution include the ability to manage the desktops of mobile devices, as well as remotely manage the environment of a Linux, PC, or Mac computer. This solution has also been a great help to us when it comes to reporting and inventory.
