Great App For Managing Multiple Devices Simultaneously

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company provides inventory services and own hundreds of Android PDA Scanners. Every device we had stores critical data, which means losing a device can be a problem. Unfortunately, we do lost devices sometimes. ManageEngine has already helped us found couple of lost devices, thanks to the GPS tracking feature. Also, with this app, setting up and configuring lots of devices at once is quite easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The device enrollment was a bit overwhelming at first. But I managed to enroll all devices at the end, and everything is working. Another thing, the kiosk mode has little customization options. It would be nice if they add more personalization capabilities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to alter some settings to hundreds of devices with just a few clicks, which is great. We are able to save money and lots of time. The platform's GPS tracking feature has also been very helpful in keeping the devices safe.
